The entire bible talks about Jesus, He is the central point of the scriptures both old and new testaments.
As Jesus Himself declared to two of his apostles on the road to Emmaus, after His resurrection, “And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, he explained to them what was said in all the Scriptures concerning himself”. Luke 24:27
The letter to the Hebrews was written to a persecuted church, under the Roman emperor Nero, and it seeks to encourage the church to not go back to the old Judaic faith, from which they had come, but to see Jesus, who they now follow as Christians, as the one who fulfils all the Judaic prophecies about he promised Messiah (translated in Greek: Christ). Jesus the Christ is Supreme over all things.
